NEXO Professional Pilot

NEXO is a workplace communication and workflow platform for personal accounts and organization-managed official spaces. This policy explains how data is handled in the pilot release.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as name, mobile number, email, NEXO ID and password hash.
- Profile photo and uploaded files or attachments.
- Official Space information including membership, role, reporting officer, instructions, status updates, submissions and meeting records.
- Chat messages, file previews, login OTP records, device/session tokens and audit logs.
How We Use Information
- To provide secure login, OTP verification and device recognition.
- To enable communication, official instructions, tracking, meeting and reporting features.
- To maintain accountability, audit history, security and service improvement.
Organization Data
Data created inside an Official Space is controlled by the concerned organization/office. Users should use official features only as permitted by their organization.
Security
NEXO uses HTTPS, password hashing, OTP verification, token-based sessions and audit logs. Users should keep login credentials and OTP confidential.
Data Retention
Operational data and audit logs may be retained as required by the organization for accountability and future reference. Account deletion or data correction requests may be sent to support.
Account Deletion
Users can request account/data deletion inside the app from Profile → Account & Data Request, or by visiting the Account Deletion page. Official Space audit records may be retained where required by the organization/office.
