Use of Service

NEXO is provided for secure personal communication and organization-managed official workflow. Users must use it lawfully and responsibly.

User Responsibility

• Keep login credentials, OTP and device access secure.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful or unauthorized content.
• Do not misuse official instructions, reports, member data or attachments.

Official Space

An Official Space is managed by the organization or office. Organization administrators and superiors may manage members, instructions, submissions, tracking and audit records.

Account and Access

NEXO may restrict, suspend or revoke access for security, misuse, policy violation or organization request.

Data Ownership

Personal account data belongs to the user. Official Space data is governed by the concerned organization/office and applicable rules.

Limitation

This pilot release is provided for controlled use. Features may be updated, improved or restricted during pilot operation.
